Order processing, tax collection, and order fulfillment are operated by our payment gateway. Creem.io acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Script Snap utilizes artificial intelligence to process and structure content. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI or any other third-party AI model providers.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated output before publication. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Script Snap makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Script Snap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any AI-generated content produced through it.
